We use your information solely to process your reservation request or answer your message, and to contact you to confirm availability and details. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
03Third-Party Services
Our website uses the following third-party services:
- Vercel — hosts the website, determines the approximate location (country, region and city) attached to a reservation request, and runs Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and counts page visits, clicks on contact links and form submissions (with the number of guests and nights, never your name, contact details, dates or message)
- EmailJS — for sending reservation requests and contact messages
- Google Maps — for the location map
- Google Reviews API — for displaying guest reviews
- WhatsApp — for messaging, if you write to us there or we confirm your booking there
These services may collect data according to their own privacy policies.
04Data Storage
We do not maintain a permanent user database. Your reservation request information is sent via email and stored only for the purpose of processing your booking. We retain communication records as needed for business purposes.
