Stay

A holiday home in Yerevan

Villa Nors is let whole, to one group at a time: two bedrooms, a living room with sofa beds, a kitchen, and a courtyard with a pool. Two nights minimum.

Why stay here

Not a hotel room — a whole house

This is a house of hand-made and collected things: carved wooden doors, hand-made kitchen cabinets, a painted mural along the wall of the great hall, kilim cushions and Armenian runners on the benches, and an antique room that guests are free to explore.

The courtyard is yours as well: a gazebo with a long table, a covered barbecue, a swimming pool, swings, a hammock and a garden of fruit trees. There are no other guests and no shared spaces, and you deal with the owner directly.

Questions

Questions about staying

How are the beds arranged for 5–7 guests?

The first bedroom has a double bed. The second sleeps three, made up either as three single beds or as a double and a single. That is five; the living-room sofas open into beds, which takes the house to seven.

What is the shortest stay, and can we stay longer?

The minimum overnight booking is 2 nights. Discounts apply to longer bookings, and the house is also rented long term, from one month. Those terms are agreed by phone.

How much does a night cost?

An overnight stay starts from 60,000 AMD per night, and the price changes with the number of guests and nights. Send us your dates and we will confirm the price for them.

How do we book if we are travelling from another country?

Send the request form with your dates, or message us on WhatsApp at +374 94 242580. A phone number from any country works. We reply within 2 hours between 9:00 and 22:00 Yerevan time, and the booking is confirmed once the dates and the price are agreed with you directly. We answer in Armenian, Russian and English.

How far is the villa from the airport and the centre of Yerevan?

Villa Nors is at 76 Gusan Sherami 5th Street in Yerevan: about 10–15 minutes by car from Zvartnots airport and 30–35 minutes from the centre, where the Vernissage market, the Opera and the Cascade are.

Can we cook and barbecue during our stay?

Yes. The kitchen is stocked with tableware and kitchenware, and the covered barbecue area has skewers. Guests bring their own food.
