Birthdays and gatherings in Yerevan: the whole villa is yours
Villa Nors is let as a whole, so the party stays inside your own group, with no other guests around. A daytime booking runs from 14:00 to 23:00.
Not a banquet room — a house
The great hall holds up to 50 guests at long tables and benches. It has a sound system, the TV connects to it, and karaoke runs through YouTube. In the evening the lighting effects change the mood of the room.
Outside there is a swimming pool, a covered barbecue area, a gazebo with a large table and a photo corner. For games there is table tennis, backgammon, chess, lotto and dominoes. The kitchen is stocked with tableware and utensils, and the skewers are ours. The hall is heated in winter and air-conditioned in summer.

How many guests can I invite?
The great hall is set up for up to 50 guests. If your group is larger, call us and we will look at how to fit everyone.

Can we barbecue?
Yes, the barbecue area is covered and we provide the skewers. Guests bring their own food.
How late can we stay?
A day booking ends at 23:00. If you want to carry on, book with an overnight stay — checkout is 12:00 the next morning.
What does the price of an event depend on?
60,000 AMD is the base price. It changes with the number of guests and whether a night is included. Call us for the details.
How do I reserve a date?
